  • Returns are only available if the item is defective or wrong item received
  • an opening video must be shared with us to avail return process  and please share images/videos of the defect to get it approved
To start a return, you can contact us at info.dribbleclothing@gmail.com or on instagarm @dribbleclothing.in . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Within 5 days after receiving the order the exchange can be initiated. The fastest way to ensure the fit you want is to return the item you have, and send us a message on our Instagram account saying “EXCHANGE NEEDED” and the team will get back to you
  • EXCHANGE VALUE – Has to be equal or higher to the product you have bought.
  • EXCHANGE eligibility- exchange can be done for size issues only
  • EXCHANGE PICKUP AND DROP CHARGE – TO BE BARE BY THE CUSTOMER
  • EXCHANGE OF PRODUCT – Exchange of item bought should be within the same category like a hoodie cannot be exchange with a cargo or tshirt and can only be exchange for a hoodie

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
